Why do Google reviews matter?
Reviews are one of the things Google looks at when it decides which local businesses to show, and they are what new customers read before they call you.
Is asking for reviews allowed?
Yes. Google allows asking your customers for reviews. It does not allow asking only happy customers or offering a reward, so the tool asks everyone the same way.
Do you send emails without my say?
No. Automatic emails stay off until you switch them on in your portal. Customers can also tick that they would rather not be asked, and we respect that.
How much does it cost?
