- The preview is a free sample of the presented design, not unlimited free development. It includes up to two rounds of changes (reasonable copy and image swaps on the pages shown) and stays open for 14 days. Replies can take a few working days. A new layout, extra pages, a shop, or extra features may be quoted.

- Sign in with the temporary password from that email. The portal then requires you to choose your own password before you can use it.
- We store passwords as one-way hashes. We do not keep readable password text. VertexWeb does not have access to your current portal password.
- If you forget it, ask us for a reset. You will be prompted to set another password. A reset is not the same as VertexWeb knowing your current password.
Monthly billing from there
After go-live, Paystack bills the monthly retainer automatically. You can switch off recurring billing.

- You can turn off recurring billing in Paystack. If you do, invoices are still due. Unpaid invoices follow the same grace rules below.
- If payment fails, you have a 7 day grace period. The site stays online during those 7 days.
- If it is still unpaid after that, we take the site offline. It turns back on when payment succeeds. There is no extra reactivation fee for switching it back on.
- You can cancel ongoing managed service with written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- Payments are generally non-refundable once the service is approved and billing has started, subject to rights under South African law. See the Terms of Service.
What we need from you
The fastest way to your preview is a complete brief. Rough is fine: we tidy the words and photos. Missing content is the usual delay, not the build.
- Business name, what you do, and who the site is for
- Services or products, with prices if you want them listed
- WhatsApp number, email, address, and trading hours
- Logo, colours, and photos you already have
- The words you want on the site, even if they are rough
- Preferred domain, or confirmation that we should register a new .co.za
Good to know
Your domain is yours
We often register and manage the name for you. You remain the intended owner. Managing the registrar account is not the same as VertexWeb owning the domain. Ask if you want it transferred to a registrar you control.
Your password is yours
We do not ask for personal Gmail, WhatsApp, or banking passwords. Portal passwords are hashed. After the forced change, VertexWeb does not have access to your current portal password.
